- Toasted Oatnut bread
- Thinly sliced cooked yams
- Bologna
- Sriracha sauce
Really, no, this combination works. It wasn’t a result of short-circuiting of my brains that I put this baby together. On a whim? Sure. But not completely reckless. The hot sauce and the bologna is offset by the subtle flavors of the yams. Which puts in more added fiber, so it takes longer to digest while occupying more space in my stomach.
