Oatnut
July 23rd, 2006 | by Loretta |Arnold’s oatnut bread is blog-worthy. Unlike wheat bread, it’s a lot more moist and chewy, so I’ve been avoiding wheat bread for the past week and for the weeks to come. Because it’s naturally soft, even when straight from the fridge, it is a great place for a spoonful of peanut butter to spread out and hideaway before consumption.

Unlike regular oat bread, the added nuts and seeds give the bread a more exciting texture. And it has real pieces of hazelnuts in it.
