No Ordinary Muffin

For a quick snack after breakfast but not quite lunch, I indulged a little after surveying what was in my refrigerator.

Ultimately, I decided this on eating the last Thomas’ whole grain English muffin. But how?

English muffin with mozarella and avocado.

  • Toasted English muffin
  • Sliced Haas avocado
  • Sliced mozarella cheese

It isn’t the nicest presentation, but that only means you can call it Rustic. :)
